Aemfdt hopes you are satisfied with every purchase, but if circumstances change, you can request a return within 25 days of receiving your order.


Return Conditions

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
The item must retain all original tags and be returned in its original packaging, ensuring the packaging is intact.
Returns must be processed online through your account.
Only orders with a status of "Signed" are eligible for return.

If the return does not meet the above conditions, we will be unable to process a refund and will return the item to you.
To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the shipping label or receipt for future reference.


Refund Process

We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
The refund will be returned to your original payment account.
If the package is rejected due to unpaid customs duties, the corresponding fees will be deducted from the refund.

To ensure safety, we recommend contacting customer service and using the shipping method and appropriate packaging recommended by customer service.
Please note that loss or damage during transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.


Defective or Incorrect Item?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, otherwise we will be unable to process your claim. Please provide the following in your email:
  • Order billing name;
  • Order number;
  • Order date;
  • Photos of the item.

Returned or exchanged items must:
  • Be unused and undamaged;
  • Retain original packaging;
  • Include all original tags.
